  1. Cute?...............Cute? WTF, this isnt france, us Americans dont have cute cars. We either have junkers or fast cars. Take your pick. Haha. You sound like a Geo kinda girl, haha. JK.

  4. Honda Civic are cute or a VW bug

  5. Why don't you just pick up a cute 280SL gull wing Mercedes?  That'd be an old benz like you asked for.  I'm sure daddy would be glad to buy it for his baby girl.

  6. a woman and a car and that too for driving? hope u meant to play with toy cars.. and yeah u could buy a lot of cute toy cars from ebay. u cud try monster trucks for a change.

  7. how about honda civic eg hatchback

  8. A benz? geesh I though you said not expensive. Let me make two suggestions. 31 get a 4 door car. It is more comfortable especially at your age since you might be giving rides to friends. With the 2 doors you always have to get out then move the chair forward. Is a pain in the neck. Go fr the 4 doors.

#2 be weary of old or used cars. Remember they are already used. My experience with used cars have been that you will probably spend about $2000 on top of the price you paid for repairs. So, if you buy a $10,000 car plan for $12,000 in repairs. Usually, brakes tune -up and there is always some minor yet expensive repair. For example a refurbished alternator can set you back $300 or so. Maybe less maybe more dependingon your car model. for this reason look at suggestion #3

#3 yes I said only two but I then realized there is more to this. Go with someone that knows a bit a bout cars. How the car looks is one thing but more importantly is the engine and transmission. If the engine sounds fine without stutters and weird noises thats a good sign. Make sure the transmision doesn't grind or behaves oddly. For the chassis look whether it has rust or not. Check if the car has been in accidents. Also, test drive the car to make sure it handles well. Make sure it doesn't pull to one side or makes odd noises. Things like this are indications of more expenses later which is why I say expect an extra $2,000 over the first year.

#4 stay away from sport cars or from people that like racing their cars. When these people get rid of their cars it means that they are already beat up. I mean it depends on the person. Some cars are usually well taken care of but others are c**p. If the owner looks suspicious then the car might be suspicious too.

#5 Remember that there are 2 expenses to buying a car. There is the prise of the car but there is also the upkeep. A german car like the benz may look cute but repairs are more expensive. Also, some manufacturers are good are making some types of cars and not others. FOr example, Ford makes great pickup trucks. the F-150 is a great truck and has been a best seller for years. However, their smal cars are not so good. The only one that has a decent history is the taurus. The focus is so so. Gms small cars forget it. c**p to the max. It will get you there but they ar chepaly made. German cars are grwat but when they break you will pay for it. Japanses car are then your best choice. They are reliable and not too expensive to repair. I mean is going to be more expensive than an american car but not as much as a german car. The two manufacturers I like ar Honda and toyota. Honda is more expensive but very good cars. Toyota are less expensive to repair plus their reliabilty is top notch. I suggest a toyota corrolla. Good all around car. Is comfortable, extremly reliable and good gas mileage. Look for other cars that are in this same category as the corrolla. There are smaller cars and bigger cars but I think this category is best for what you will use it for.

#6 ONe very important item today is fuel economy. Gas prices is very radical today. SOmedays you can pay $3.80 a gallon other $4.11 a gallon and it is expected to go up. So a very important item is fuel economy. This eliinates a great deal of cars. Trust me, make this item a high priority. Don't buy anything that makes less than 28mpg in the city. You will thank me later. go here

compare gas consumption for different cars. Is no used buying a car that you won't be able to drive because you can't afford the fuel. Plus that extra money you have in your pocket is better spent in more important stuff like clothes, entertainment, music and what not.

  9. Old benz's are UGLY! Yuck. Go for a grand am or something. They dont look bad and it's perfect for your first car. Cuz chances are you will tear up your first car so a brand new car is pointless.
