You won't have an infection if you only wiped back to front this morning.  Its probably a sign of an infection brought on by something else previously.  Go to the doctor.

If you are a little dehydrated from drinking, all bodily fluids are more concentrated. Just drink lots of water.

The odds are you have managed to infect your v****a with bowel organisms. One option is to get some antibiotics from your GP. The only other alternative is a 2 week cause of over the counter Betadine pessaries.

If you are 18, why are you wiping form back to front??!!! Surely you ahve been told somewhere down the line, this is not a good thing to do!

Get a bath and give yourself a good wash down there. If that doesn't work, see a doctor!
