  1. You didn't specify if you're male or female... but either way I think you have a great possibility to hit a late growth spurt. Males can grow until 22 years old (I had an uncle grow 3 inches when he was 20 years old).

My mom is around 5'1, and my dad is a hair under 5'10. I'm a guy, 20 years old and 5'9 1/2. When I was 17 years old, I was only 5'7.

Remember to eat healthy, tons of veggies, fruits, protein and drink plenty of water.

Exercise is also very important, as long as you don't do anything that could possibly stunt your growth (such as lifting weights with bad form) then there are no negative consequences of exercise when it comes to height.

Do cardio, swim alot (this helps, look at all the professional swimmers and how tall they are) and lift weights.

Height is all genetics, and by looking at your parents' heights I believe you still have plenty of room to grow.

But remember, because height is all genetics, its also unpredictable. If you don't end up growing anymore be happy about your height, as height growth is really out of your control, all you can do is help it.

  4. Well I hope you can grow!
