Im 19 years old, will my skin be saggy if i loose weight??

I was 100 pounds over weight but i am very nearly there to been in a healthy weight. I was wondering if my skin will stay stretched or will it go back to how it was before i put the weight on. I dont want to have done all this hard work then have saggy skin. Im a 19 year old female

  1. I lost 70 lbs and my skin isn't saggy.  I'm 26, I think it really helps to lose the weight while you are young.  Your skin has more elasticity.  Make sure that you are staying hydrated, that will help as well.  Con-grads on the weight loss!


  2. dont lose the weight fast on a fad diet, aim to lose it a couple of pound a week and eat reguarly and exercise well. Itwill help you tone up. If you do this you should be ok because of your age

  3. Your skin will need time to adjust to your new body size. If you are really concerned about it talk with your doctor and they can recommend something to help you out.
