  1. Practice in your room or anywhere else against the wall or on your bed. Or watch videos and learn...i would do the first one ;)

  2. lap dancing is all in the hips and pole dancing contrary to poular belief is not that hard. and most dacne studios offer pole dancing classes but u would really have to look into lap dancing. to tell u the truth if u hav a friend who would let u give them a lap dance on pragmatic basis only to see how u do them =ni would practice on them. only if u cant fond classes

  3. If you have the mind for it, it just take natural talents.

  4. on demand has some starter dancing. just go to excercise tv click on dance make ur choice they have really nice chair dances there!! :x

  5. Honey you are better than that but if you really want to try taking a ballet class at the local ymca or a local area for beginners that will give you the stretch you need but really you are only 19 there are better ways to make money you can go to college or anything are you sure thats your goal in life? Dont do anything you will regret later on your still young

  6. WTF r u serious GET A LIFE U WEIRDO!!

  7. They have workout classes that teach you how to pole dance. A lot of women just go because it is a good workout, but if it is an actual interest of yours, i bet it would help even more. Just check around your area. If you live in a bigger town im sure you will find one pretty easily.

  8. it really just depends on how much time and effort you're willing to put into it every day.  as far as the pole, I would def recommend putting one in your house or apt so you can practice alot.  i got mine at hardcorepoles.com.  they sell fully removeable ones that won't mess up your floor or ceiling too.  its gonna be really difficult at first because it takes alot of strength but it gets easier and easier and once you've built up ur strength.  as far as getting more flexible just stretch everyday for at least 20 mins.  try to do as many different stretches as possible and practice the splits alot.  within a month I bet you'll be able to do them if you stretch every day.  also I got alot of bruises when I was starting out, so if you have the same problem and you're gonna be on stage, I'd recommend dermablend makeup.  they make a cream for your legs that completely covers bruises.

  9. If you practice maybe a year and a half.Swing hang, dance, ect. Around any pole and practice lap dancin on somethin or someone and maybe goto gymnastics ?

  10. Alright let me start out by saying that I do NOT endorse this behavior but it is an extremely lucrative business if you are intelligent about it and don't get beaten by your own game so I will make some suggestions.

As an "exotic dancer", your body is responsible for your paycheck. The lower your body fat is, the more you will get paid. Sure, some men like curves, but nobody likes cheese. You have to get and stay fit. Do some cardio, some light weight training, and other excerise measures to get yourself into decent shape. Your question only pertains to learning how to dance and your fitness level so that is as much as I will answer. There is an abundance of information on stripping as a profession available at http://www.stripper-faq.org .

Please though, whatever your interests and talents may be: secure a good education for yourself (You can pay for it by dancing, but the job DOES have an expiration date and any money you earn stripping will eventually get spent. Find other ways to support yourself.)

  11. Start saving up for a trailer, because that's where you'll be living for the rest of your life.

  12. Gee, now there's a career path that will really take you somewhere in life....

    How about college, huh?

If you want to learn to dance as a hobby, then there are classes you can take, but as a career... please
