  2. It's called being spoilt.

You need to get it under control because relationships and friendships are going to suffer unless you do.

  3. Maybe its just your hormones if you feel its getting worse go and speak to your dr they will be able to give you an answer to your question from a medical point of view.

  4. There is a reason for your anger.  Speak to your GP and see if he/she can refer you to a counsellor.  It sometimes happens that just knowing why you feel this anger is the start of controlling it.

  5. speak to your mum and dad and explain and get them to go to the doctors with you for support

  6. Serious anger is often a response to feeling that things are out of control.  Make a list of the things that make you angry.  Then ask yourself some questions about each item. Is there anything different that you can do?  Why do they make you angry?  What are all the possible things that could happen?  What would be the best outcome?  What would be the worst?  Is there anything worse that could happen?

If you really don't have control over a situation then there's not a lot you can do so you will need to learn coping strategies.  If there is something that you can do then work on doing that.

Ask other people what they do in the situations that make you angry.  Why do they react in that way?  Asking them may help you to think about things differently.

You might also want to look at your diet, your sleep and any other substances/medication you might be taking.  Any of those could have an impact on your mood.

Some cognitive behaviour therapy would probably help.
