That is way to much.  I would keep calling around to every ins. company.  Have you tried Progressive?

I heard progressive is about the lowest for your age group - check with them and e-surance too online.  Until you turn 25 you are going to have high rates.  Sorry  :(

Call around and call a broker to comparison shop.

It's best to go under someone else's insurance if you have a relative in town who drives. Ask the agent how much is due to your age, and how much is due to your vehicle.
