and can he take the baby off me cos thats what he keeps telling me he is going to do, who do i ring to fine out more information bout it? please help.

He's either bluffing you or bullying or both !

hun you don't need his consent to do anything, you can move anywhere in the world without even having to tell him,as for after the baby is born though he can take you to court to get visitation but he still carn't make you stay in qld,but my advice to you is if your gonna go,go before bub is born so that he carn't get a court order making you stay in qld.and as for him taking your baby off you, there is no chance in h**l the courts will take a baby off there mother unless your not competent which im sure is not the case,good luck to you,he sounds like a jerk

Unless he has you hog tied u can go where you like 20 30 or 40 weeks preggers if you have concerns for your saftey go to DOCS they are good if you go to them not so good if you are reported to them as having child in an abusive situation.

Well I'm no expert.... but i think not... If he has any issues he can call you to court after the baby is born. I have battled through states, doesn't make a difference..  I am living in qld now but am originally from nsw.
