I am a childminder and i am doing a degree in early years education and working with children with special needs. My husband works for DHL and he can get a transfer to spain so we will have an income but i am wanting to work with or set up a business in play groups or nurseys.

Can anyone let me know what are the chances of this, how i go about it and the money i am looking at doing this.

I am not going for another few years so i have plenty of time to prepare. Please help.

  1. well, Spain is going through a crisis right now, the whole Europe is, in fact. so people are actually fleeing the country to find better opportunities somewhere else.

besides U're never gonna make as much money as u would in the US or in the north of Europe for instance. Life here is not hard tho, people don't work that much and have a month to 2 months of vacation a year.... i would recommend the north cuz the south is dirty and poor. Madrid is extremely expensive and so is Barcelona. well, i think living in another country is the best experience u can have so i recommend it  but just know these are not very good times to come live in Spain. i wish all the luck in the world.
