Im 28 and my hight is 5 my whight is 55,but my tummy is coming out.i feel bed.what should i join gym or yoga?

  6. Join a gym .. or just exercises at home ... and you should know that exercising (or a yoga) won't make you lose fat unless you eat healthy food .. eat more fruits and veggies ... drink more water (great for the skin too) ... and reduce fat from your food

  7. I think you should join the gym to see some quick positive results as the vigorous excercise in the gym will certainly help to burn all that excess fat.

    Yoga on the other hand would be a slow process and I'm sure you need some quick results. So go for the gym!!

  10. as per my information you must join yoga.i don't think that gym is going to help u.because it is not possible to continue it for life long & if u stop it u  are going to suffer.

           1)EXAMPLE:-once one of my cosine (30) started going to gym because he was fat.gym showed it's result his fatness became less so he        

    thought that he is ok now & there is no need to go to gym.he stopped going to gym,after some months he realised that he became much fat than before.
