Im 29 weeks and it feels like a stabbing pain inside my v****a.Normal? What if my stomach has already dropped?

It is not labor because it doen't feel like cramps it is just a shooting pain inside. Another question if my stomach has already dropped does that mean i have a higher chance of going into labor soon?

the baby is descending, hence the stabbing pain. But you can check with your OB, just to make sure there's nothing wrong.

Your stomach doesn't go down. It's the fetus that's going down. It does that because it wants more space, but is growing rapidly. Again, your OB can answer this the best for you since he/she can examine you.
