Im 37.5 weeks and tonight I noticed a little blood in my ....?

underwear, it was a small dot. But def blood. What is it should I be concered. Or no ?

Since you are almost 38 weeks I would say it is probably your bloody show.  Was it mucusy?  If so then your mucus plus is probably about to come out, and that means labor is not far off.  Don't get too excited though it could still take a week after you lose your plug.

Additional:

s*x can also cause spotting.  Since it was not red I do not think you need to be too alarmed.  I would call the OB though, and let them know.  They might want to check you just to be on the safe side.

i would for sure keep an eye on, put a pad on and check like every half hour for a lil bit    i know this is kind of a gross question..but since it was just a dot...like how small was the dot...and would you happen to have hemmorroids?   if so if could be from that.

Not sure WHAT it is, but keep a close eye on it.  If it keeps up, I would be concerned.   One dot though shouldn't matter much, especially since you mention that you had s*x.  Is the baby still moving???

i wouldnt be concerned right now i bled a little for 2 weeks b4 my baby was born  it was my mucas plug which may and hopefully what it is your cervix is preparing for labor it normal if you start bleeding alot like normal period amounts go to the doc immideatly below i posted a good site to look at about it. I have 5 children and the drs say that is normal , but just to be safe I would definately call your dr. Ob drs are pretty good about getting late night phone calls , if it continues I would go to the nearest hospital and get checked , just to be safe . Good Luck .

If it was just a dot then no there is no need to be concerned.. Its normal...good luck and congrats :o)

was it bright red or brown? had u been having s*x? if it was bright red it means its new blood an if u had s*x then it could just be from your v****a...

was it in mucous if so it could be your mucous plug..

if it happens again i would go to the er...but i would def ring your doc an make an appt to see him/her...

if you had s*x then i would not worry :-) it would just be from that...
