  2. I'm 5ft2in - I weigh only 112lbs... The books at the hospital my aunt works at says I should be 120-132lbs... But can you imagine how fat I'd be if I was even 120 pounds. Also the hospitals data is based on the current national average to people, absed on age and height,,, They dont take itno account activity level or eating habits.

    I eat all day long and have never reched 115lbs yet. but i am very active since I was a gymnast, and in the military. But I also train with my cousin since he is in the Army, and his younger brother likes to run but he hates running alone since the area isn't all that safe.

    So depending on your activity level anything is good. If you feel confident, and your friends dont have a problem... Dont worry about what others think. Thin, thick they are both fine. As long as you are healthy, weight doesnt matter. it's activity level, not fat ratio which will make one live longer and scince is only finially finding that out. which has been common sense to natives and indeginous peoples for generations.

    Medium frame: 115lb-125lb

    Large frame: 125lb-135lb

    Also if you are muscular, you can weigh more.
