I just wouldnt even get a bike from that company..

Take them both for a ride and see which one you feel more comfortable on. It's generally recommended that you have about 2" of clearance when you stand over the bike. Riding position can be changed on a bike with different handlebars, longer or shorter stems and moving the seat forward or back. If the bike isn't comfortable or doesn't feel right and you can't make it more comfortable or feel better than don't buy it.
