Im 5'10 male and will be 16 in 3 months.I dont have a mustache or facial hair does this mean ican add 3 inche?

Im curious because i heard that when your 16 you reach your adult height and your body in weight grows untill your 21

And I thought that you grow until the age of 21, but everyone's different- you may grow to be 6'6".
