heredity will answer it all. you are on the 3rd generation and usually the inherent genes that did not show up on the direct offspring will manifest itself on the 3rd gen (which is now you, basing from your grandparents strong traits). if you're now 13 years old, you still have basically 4 more growing tall years by a half-inch each year so you may end up at 5'8 or 5'9" depending on the amount of sleep you are taking on. Research says, sleeping normally around 8 hours a day especially on adolescents will allow rapid growth on your height. for there's a chemical substance that is produce while sleeping which induces the growth hormone to be active as it is being stimulated. keep on growing and don't stress yourself too much.
