Im 5 months pregnant is it fine if i lay on my right side ?

they say to lay on your left side but i always sleep on my right side and everything is okay. i don't think its that big of a deal

it is okay i have three and i always lay on both of my sides and my tummy with a pillow under me. it is what is comfortable with you.

1 position is left side followed by right side. Either side will work but the left side helps with circulation to the baby but I know when i was in preterm labor they just had me switch back and forth because I would get tired of laying on one side.

Yes they say the right side is the best side to lay on for excellent blood flow and digestion. But switch up sides a little because you will get pain in your lower back on that side.

Lay on any side you want to as long as your are comfortable!!  I can't sleep on my left side.  I sleep on my right side and kind of on my stomach.  You know c**k-eyed!!! lol... BUt really anyway you can get comfortable do it,
