I got married to my Filipina Wife and I'm currently working the Philippines and I got a job offer in China, I don't want to have a broken family, so I want to know which kind of Chinese visa I can get or buy, or however, to get my wife and son to join me while I work in China, I hope there is away.

My wifes passport has my last name and of course my sons passport is American, but hers is a Filipino Passport.

So anyone who has advice in this area or which Visa to apply for please tell us how to keep our family together while working in China.

Thanks so much.

God Bless.

  1. If you are officially employed, the company should provide Residence Permit for work (exact name of China work visa) for you.

Your wife and your son (under 18 years old) can get Residence Permits for Alien employees' family members, which is as long as your visa.

The applying procedure is quite complicated, though.
