Im BORED!!! Its holidays and i have nothing to do! Im a pretty good drawer so what can I do with my skills?

I need something to do, something preferably to do with drawing, craft or something on the computer but anything will do im desperate!

Some ideas for your holidays:

1. Learn a graphic software like Photoshop or Illustrator. Do a google search and you should be able to find some good tutorials online.

2. Take up card making - you do not need to spend much on this hobby and your drawing skill will definitely be great for making cards. Make some and sell them to friends. Or send to people who might need some encouragement.

4.  Design and make some jewelry - you can sell them or wear them. http://www.jewelry-making-instructions.c...

5.  Gather some neighborhood kids and conduct a craft workshop.  This will give their mothers some time off.

6.  Take up manga drawing. Search online for free tutorials.

7.  Join swaps online. e.g. mailart, trading card, card swap, etc.

Cards, jewelry and anything handmade can be sold on http://www.etsy.com Look at what others are selling. See if there's anything that makes you sit up and say, 'I can make that!' Check how long the seller has her store online and how many items have been sold. Also how much the item is selling for. All these will help you decide whether you want to spend your holidays making and selling them.

Sit down and draw people's houses - start with your neighbours.  They will probably pay something - $10 or $15 or more for a good drawing of their house.  Possibly as much as $25 or more if you live in an affluent suburb.

If your bored and want to something particular on the computer, you can check out http://www.i-am-bored.com or browse http://www.youtube.com for "craft ideas" and "do it yourself" things.

Since you mentioned drawing, I highly suggest signing up for a free account to http://www.deviantart.com or at least just browsing around it. It's a great community where people upload sketches, paintings, artistic photos, etc. You'll find some really talented people there on the site.

Go outside, possibly to the park, and draw some birds! Or draw a portrait of a family member or a sleeping pet. Art is a beautiful thing. And you can do pretty much anything with it!

Have you looked into esty.com?  It's like Ebay only it is a forum that you can sell your drawings.  Check it out and consider a good animation school as well.  Try California Institute of the Arts.  They used to have a direct program with the Disney Studios.
