Im Frightened by Roller Coasters?

ok well im going to cedar point and im mega scared! i mean i wouldnt be scared if i was going with a friend but im going wit family and they are scared also! so i wanna get on roller coasters but like the thought of the roller coaster like breaking its so scary!!!!! so please help me please help me!!!!!!!!! im soo scared......and give me some tips

I'm afraid of them too. And today I'm going to playland so I'm going to try my best to survive the roller coasters because I'm sick of being the only person who doesn't ride a ride and has to hold everyone's bags like a pack mule.....my advice to you is ride only what you think you are ready to ride, have a friend/family member with you for reassurance, and try to remember that if there were any risk of the rides breaking, the park would be shut down.....Have fun!

I am also frighten by rollercosters, but i still get on them because my brothers force me too and it not so bad. It's over very quickly, and I haven't gotten hurt. I am still scared to get on the rollercosters I have already been on, but i just get on cuz there is no turning back and once it is done i feel great. Just sit still, don't think about it, and keep ur head up high so u can see what is going on.

don't  worry. it will not break. it would not be used for the first time. you just make yourself comfortable on it and don't think of falling down as they put a belt around you which can protect you even in any worst case...............have fun............

I wouldn't worry about it breaking because they inspect them every fifteen minutes. I was scared to go on roller coasters at first but then when i got on the Lochness Minster @ Busch Gardens in Virginia i was just fine with going on others. If you don't go on one now and some day when your older and you have friends with you you'll feel bad about not going on it like you missed out.

Stats have shown that you are lots more likely to get injured on the way to the park than at the park. i have been to cedar point three times a year every year since i was born and not once have i had a scratch on me and now i work there and i have never had any one been hurt

They don't break. In sixth grade, we spent half a year studying how roller coasters work and all the regulations they have to follow (we ended the unit with a trip to Cedar Point =D) and the only thing any of us were scared of after that was the fact that the cars are usually on their own after the first hill...

Not trying to scare you, but I thought this was kinda cool... The cars aren't actually pulled on the roller coaster or anything. They're just dragged up the first hill, then after that it's all momentum. Isn't that sweet? ^.^

Don't worry you'll be fine. I promise the rides won't beark. They're built to code with hard steel. Just have fun. Go on water rides if your really scared, and ask a friend to come with you if you if can. Don't worry    : )

I know how you feel.The first time i went on a rollercoaster was at Seaworld in Orlando and i went on this ride called ''journey to atlantis'' and i was terrified but after the ride i kept coming on it again.But dont worry rollercoasters will not break.Ask a bff or family member to come on it with you.:D.
