Im Haveing Problem with my Video cam?

i can see everthing just when i ponit it trowards a light it just messes it up it ture blue and black and when i take it away it go back to normal someone plz help

Stop pointing it at lights??

What brand and model is the camera?  How old?  Did you drop it or dunk it or anything bad?  When it was new, did it NOT turn blue and black?  More info would sure help us help you more better.
