  1. What's wrong? There are more than one way to adjust volume.

    1. Speaker - there is a volume button. Turn it clockwise or in reverse can change the volume.

    2. Windows - there is a speaker icon on the tray bar on the bottom-right of the screen. It is called "Volume Adjust" or "Mixer" or something. Double click on that and slide the volume meter up or down to change it.

    3. Program - no matter what program you use (winamp, windows media player, realplayer, etc), you can find there is another volume control on the program window. Slide it left or right to change it.

I won't tell you which one will work. Try that yourself and see which one can solve your problem.

  2. Make sure the volumes on your windows volume control is turned up.  Double click the icon of the speaker in system tray (beside clock at bottom right).  If you dont see that icon, then goto Control Panel and check the box that says show icon.

Slide the master volume up.  Also the one that says Wave.
