I dont recieve my policy .I think in your office my name is Inderjeet Singh but my name is Inderjeet Kumar Garg s/o. late Sh. Jaswantrai Garg . So please tell me about the status of my policy.

The right thing to do is contact your agent  for information. He is supposed to give you after sales service. It takes some time to receive a policy.

If your agent is not available  you may contact the insurer with documents such as First Premium Receipt. Entering the wrong name in the application itself amounts a careless act- it shows the seriousness with which the business was carried out.

There is a remedy for everything.
