Im Moving and i Need help on space

Question

Im moving to Pasadena CA in a year and i got my eye set on this apartment....but its only 560ft........how big its that really cause the picture is making it seems bigger than what it is.....then i lookaed at another apartment and that one was 756 and the pictures amde that on seems smaller than it really is...i need help please and thank you

It's not only the space, but the layout. A good layout can make a small apt feel larger. 560 sq ft is a small apt, but OK for a single person, especially if you like the location. The difference in apts is about the size of a bedroom. Is one apartment closer to where you need to be? Does one apt have better amenities? Do you know if one apt is in a safer location? Pasadena is basically safe, but ask if you want to know about the areas.

Ikea usually has layouts of small spaces in their stores or in their catalogs.

Sorry if I sound rude but... where does space and for that matter astronomy come in?

ignore the pics 756 sq ft is 196 more sq ft then 560 ...or 14 feet by 14 feet more space
