im not overweight but im eating way to much the past week i just cant stop i hav to be munching on something(i eat and then my tummy hurts)i try to stop but i have yummy food evrywer.how to i stop before i DO get over weight?im 15.(the past week ive been in band camp so ther is a lot of movement going on)but i still eat a lot.heeelllpppp
