I don't know what your question is because you have only made a statement.

I assume you want someone to advise you?  Well my advice is to go back to the travel agent and get your money back explaining to them your reasons.  -  take your experience as a lesson, never book a holiday until you know you are allowed to travel without restrictions.  By the way what does the SA stand for?  Is it South Africa, South America.
