Im Stuck on a nursery nurse kind of question!! HELP?

Ok I need to do a witness statement for a women who i work with at my nursery but i kind of dont understand the question..(question below)

Q.Change babies nappies and care for skin in line with current best practice and organisational procedures for protecting children and staff.

Any1 any ideas what I can put??

Ask what are the policies in place for nappy changing in the setting? She should refer to hand washing, gloves, and safe changing tables, that kind of thing. Hope this helps

It's just asking if she changes nappies etc the way she should i.e. following the guidelines given
