Im Volunteering to start a Youth Hiking club?

Hi Can you help me with information or some useful web site information on how to start a youth hiking club, The club was going until last year but ended suddenly so i have taking up the role of volunteering to help get it back going again, The youths are aged from 12- 16yrs and are very interested in getting it going again, If you can help in anyway id be very greatful, Thanking you in-advance. Look at the web sites of hiking clubs that exist already -- look at their information, and think about what similar information you would need on your web site. Also, for a youth group, you need to post information about how the youth will be supervised (what parent will be there and has a criminal background check been run on this person to ensure they are appropriate to supervise children?), and what parental permission they will need to have.
