Im a 13 year old girl and im a neat/clean freak?

my room is always perfectly clean. my mom pays me to clean the entire house and i dont mind. it bugs me when things are out of place. is this normal?

It sounds like you just like being organized. It only becomes a problem if you become so consumed with it, that you stop hanging out with friends or going places.

Yes, it's normal!

It's not normal to live like a slob like some teenagers,  I bet their lives are very chaotic compared to yours..

I had my kids doing their own laundry when they were 8 years old, I supervised of course. I think your old enough to do your own.

no i dont think that is a problem. i am the same way. im 23. my room is always neat. everything has to be in its place and str8. and imean like straight everything is lined up perfect next to each other.   my mom is a neat person so i get that from her. i hate going to friends houses or friends of friends houses who dont clean and is all cluttered with junk. just junk that has no reason to be there. i just want to straighten it up. i think its fun!!!!!!   being neat is a very good quality.    but if it turns into an obsession then you need to get help.  

(p.s. this is my boyfriends account. i am a girl!!!  LOL)

There is nothing wrong with being neat.  You never have to wonder where you put something, where your favorite jeans are, lost homework, and I could go on and on.  Just enjoy this wonderful trait about yourself, it will reward you later in life.

no thats actually a good thing because then you'll be able to keep everything nice and neat and clean
