i also workout with a barbell at home once a week because i can only go to the gym twice because of GCSE's this year and need to spend most time revising, i take protein shakes after each workout and eat healthily. In the gym i do 60 mins machine weights (because you have to be 17 to enter the free weights room) and then 30 mins cardio (15 mins cross trainer and 15 mins bike) i was wondering if it is better to do 15 mins cardio before main workout and 15 mins after or should i keep doing what im doing?
