Question:

Im a 17 year old male, how can i get fit?

Im not trying to get fit for any sport or and thing i just want to look slim with some muscle, like fit. I was reading something about anaerobic exercises or something. like sprinting for thirty seconds at a time. can anyone help?

  1. Your 17, this is the easiest time of your life to loose weight. You could go to the gym (which I hate) or you can just walk around near your house for 30- 45 mins a day. Or you can start jogging. There are plenty of exercises you can do at home too, like sit-ups and push- ups.

    You also need to eat healthy. And when you go anywhere, like work or school, instead of taking the escalator or elevator take the stairs. Or walk instead of driving or taking the bus.

  3. Walking and eating healthy. I know it sounds simple, but its all I've done my whole life (I'm 16). You would think that I go to the gym quite a bit. But all I do is walk every day, eat healthy, and do a few push ups and pull ups daily. You'll be as fit as a horse.

  4. Eat less and exercise more...works every time.

  5. My best advice would be to maybe get a friend with you and just walk every day around the block, twice. or something. It is much easier if you just do it with a friend, and once you are done... you feel great!
