Im a 17 year old male wanting to start lyrical/contem. dancing.how do i start off??

ballet and jazz classes and if the studio allows u go to a lyrical class as well. But you definitely need to know ballet in order to do lyrical/contemporary. ballet is the foundation of dance you can not run from it. and im sure you can do it because i started when i was 16 and im 20 now auditioning and holding my own against people that started at 3! good luck and i hope you go for it dance is amazing!
