below the norm for 19, but usually you grow until 24, so another 5 years should straighten some things up

If your are Mexican then you are tall for a Mexican.

If you are Black or Caucasian then you are shorter than average by about 2 inches (in America).

buuuut.... the average range is like 5'4-6'3 so YOU ARE TOTALLY FINE

be glad you are not shorter than the average (American) female height which is 5'4.6"

it all depends on how tall your parents are. But guys usually grow until their mid twenties so dont worry until your 26ish
