Im a 5''0 and weighs 115lbs....is that ok ???

Im pretty short and my actual height is around 5.02++ft...and looking at my weight, do u think im fat or.....?

  1. Im 5'1 and 146 but I work out and have muscle that is why hon you cant go by weight thats why the BMI is not an accurate test to me.


  2. Weight range of 95lb-125lb is recommended for a 5ft adult, so you are perfectly average. Of course it depends on frame size and muscle mass as well, but you sound completely normal.

  3. Depends on many things, like your body type.  

    It's around the upper range of a healthy weight for your height, but all people aren't built the same.   Track and field athletes and cyclists have much larger thighs than ballet dancers, who are usually skinnier than average people.

  4. Take a BMI (Body Mass Index) test. There are free ones on the internet. They are totally accurate.

  5. Should be a healthy weight and size.

    But you can't tell fat without a body fat test or pictures.

  7. You are in a normal range and you just need to watch it, but the site that I use to get this info needs age also, so I just put 19 yrs.

    Ideal weight for you is 106 but 10 lbs is nothing to worry about,as specially for a female, they (some) can get this much fluctuation every month due to the water retentions and other cyclic changes.

  8. To be totally honest, you might be a few pounds overweight.  But just like 5 pounds.  I'm 4'10" and I weigh 102 right now (and I am a little chubby too).  I've weighed more and I was indeed overweight.  When you are short it is easy to put on weight and every pound shows.

  9. I hate to say this but you are...Just kidding your perfectly normal...Your in the healthy weight region of the bmi calculator...It tells you if your under, over, obese, or in healthy weight...
