Im a 50.9 400m runner and i need a weekly training programme. could anyone help me?

  1. what's wrong with what your coach has you doing now...its working!


  2. some days you should focus on 200m's about 10 times. some days you should do 400m walk 100m do another 400, do that 5 times at almost race pace. at least 2 days of the week you should get in some 800 or mile runs to get your endurance up.
