  1. Your daughter can only sponsor you once she turns 21.

For a visitors visa, you must qualify based on your own merits. Search for U.S. Embassy in Manila and click the link for the website, there will you find all of the information you need to apply for a B1/B2 visa.

  2. Yea she can petition you for a permanent resident visa but it's likely to take years before the INS gives you one.

  3. nope

  4. Your daughter cannot petition for US immigration for you until she is 21 years old.  She cannot sponsor you (to sponsor means to take financial responsibility) because she doesn't have financial resources and because, as a child, she cannot be expected to sign a binding agreement.

If you want to apply for a tourist visa rather than for immigration, you will have to apply on your own; having a US citizen daughter will not be an advantage.

  5. No a sponsor has to be somone who will be responsible for you.

ADDED INFO: If your husband is a former Marine then you need to start with the military base. Go to the finance/personel office on the military base. IF you have a support order take that info along with anything else you have regarding support including divorce papers etc.  to the office. The military  should be able to garnish his military pay if he is still in the military.

How Do I Collect Military Child Support?

In order to collect child support, you will first need to complete a form called an "Income Withholding Order." This form is then sent to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS),Cleveland Center, Garnishment Operations Directorate in order to initiate the military child support payment process. The Income Withholding Order is the only form that will suffice in initiating child support payments as it actually directs the government to withhold money and allocate it for child support. Even a divorce decree that approve child support payments does not give the government authorization it needs to begin the process. If you have any questions about obtaining or sending the Income Withholding Order, you can contact DFAS at (216) 522-5301. The form can be mailed or faxed to the following office:Defense Finance and Accounting Service

    Cleveland DFAS-GAG/CL

PO Box 998002 Cleveland, Ohio 44199-8002

    FAX: (216) 522-6960
