  1. Write GRE/GMAT & TOEFL, it depends on what course you are opting to take.. for ex.. Should you wanna do a MBA you should have GMAT and Industrial exposure and TOEFL if you wanna do MS you should have TOEFL and GRE some universities accept candidates only with TOEFL too..   2. The main thing you need is money. Fees are very high for international students. You  will need to have your present qualifications assessed so that the University of your choice in America can decide if you are suitible as a student. Different schools here have different preferred assessors. You really need to contact the place you want to study and find out what they require. You will also need a visa to come here to study but you can't apply for a visa until you have a place to study.

    Money wise, fees here run to 10's of thousands a year for foreign students + living expenses.
