Im a South African and I want to know about jobs in New Zealand or Australia?

Question

I have a cambridge university matric and nothing else, I have potential to do very well in sales or marketing but I don't have any tertiary education. I have worked for a promotional company for Nokia handsets and I can get excellent refrance from them. To date I am a sales manager for an I.T distributor and in time I will be able to get a good refrance. If I don't have tertiary education but have good refrances could that possibly be a plus for me allowing me to apply for skilled work? I am 20 years old and have also got a good track record in sport if that could also be a help in the matter?

I would greatly appreciate any answers that could assist me in my query.
