i was wondering how to lose body fat whats the quickest way to lose my man breast, belly fat, and love handles and double chin. Any advice need no jokes please i am very serious about being made fun of and i wanna lose some weight. Ive already started drinking 8 pints of water a day. Please help, I have severe asthma, PLEASE NO PAYING WEBSITES

  5. the best way is to find a sport you would like to do. Then at times when you would get take out eat home cooked food but let the biggest part of the meal be milk, or a drink with no sugar. And places you would normal get a transportation for, walk the distance. Doing this will shed the pounds especially if you have a work out routine, trust me I been call big a lot but not any more.

  7. first thing is go talk to a nutritionist-he will tell u a good meal plan that will be perfect for ur body-everybody has different body types n different meal plans are needed...next sign up at a gym or something n ask for a personal trainer-who is actually knowing what he/she does...i would first bulk up a bit by lifting weights n doing some cardio at same time-since u have asthma this rlly limits things-lift weights maybe 30 minutes or an hr if u can...do this for about a month....then after u start doing alot of cardio instead of weight lifting-during this time its best not to eat too much fast foods...the running cardio or whatever thing u choose will make u lose fat n since u lifted weights month or months before ur metabolism should be higher so u lose weight more quickly...the cardio part will make u lose fat n show the muscles n definition soon....this takes time don't expect like immediate results in like couple months....good rule of thumb is that to get a toned body it at least takes a year to two years n its well worth it!

    day 1 - only fruits (avoid bananas & milk)

    day 2 - only veggies (avoid any kinda oil or fat)

    day 3 - mix of fruit & veggies (avoid any kinda oil or fat or bananas & milk)

    day 4 - only bananas & milk nothing else

    day 5 - u feast on a cup of rice & six tomatoes & 12 glasses of water

    day 6 - only veggies & 1cup of rice

    day 7 - 1 cup rice, fruit juice and the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be 3-5 Kgs lighter than 1 week ago.

    Things to remember & (strictly) follow during the seven day program:

    •No smoking or drinking during this period

    •Drink a lot of water during the diet period (minimum of 8 to 10 glasses per day)

    •Strictly no oily food or in-between junk food during the diet period
