Im a US citizen, how can I get a work visa for Ireland?

Im not a student and Im 23 years old. How can I better my chances of qualifying and what are some reasons I can be declined?

If you have an Irish born parent or grand parent than you can became an Irish Citizen.  In This case you can secure your citizenship before leaving the United States.  You will need to go to Ireland embassy.  You may also be able to become a citizen of another EU country thought a parent or grand parent, and have more rights in Ireland, than a green card holder has in the USA.  See http://www.palmbeachpost.com/localnews/c...
