Question:

Im a beginer in Parkour can someone give me Tips??

i started about 2 months ago

i can do

the tic tac

the cat

all vaults

palm spin

all rolls

the one thing i am struggling on is

jumping long distances and holding handstands longing than 5 seconds

is there any tips on how i can do this better

and what food do you recommend for quick energy

    jumping long distances is important this is my advise:

    if u can go to your stadium (if possible) and they should have a sandpit long jump thing do about 10 jump but think speed then try different angles you want to get it not to small not to big the best angle is 45 degrees but when u jump u cant know the angle your jumping at so just try different angels higher lower etc try to the   bottom and top mussels in your leg(i cant remember there names sorry) and try to jet your legs out words

    if u r doing precision jumps use your weight it helps

    for the handstand I'm not an expert but i dint think its impotent for parkour but if u just whant to know how to do it here's my advise: KEEP ON PRACTICING and you will get better
