I want to start running to lose weight. I'm very out of shape and all through my life I have been very slow. What would be a good speed to run on the tredmill as a beginner?

  1. take a speed u r comfortable wid n den gradually increase in a gap of 2-3 days...n mk a point to BE REGULAR...n prefer jogging arnd dan a treadmill...it has a slow effect on da spinal cord
