Im a belizean. The websites here says that i dont need a visa but d consulate says i need a bank statment?

According to the Embassy of Mexico website, citizens of Belize DO need a visa to enter Mexico. See the webpage below to see the lisr of countries that do NOT require visas.  Belize is not on that list.  So , you must go through the consulate and follow their directions.  In order to visist Mexico, you must show that you have enough money to support yourself while you are in Mexico, and enough money to return home.
