Im a bowler, to get into my county i need to be able to bat, i could any bastmen give me advice?

Only concentrate on the ball and nothing else. When it comes try hitting it where there's a gap between the fielders.But dont go too attacking or else you'll go out staright away.Also run only when appropiate. If your 50/50 sure then dont go. Hope I've helped.

Put a cricket ball in a sock and tie it with a rope like a pendulum and practice knocking it on the upswing. Always try to hit grounded strokes keeping the bat straight it will help improve your timing of the ball!

Practise your timing like the Don. one stump and a golf ball. but most important. practise concentrate and practise,......oh yes, get your eyes tested cos if you cannot see the ball then it might hurt
