There is a world of difference between a "graduate care giver?" I've never heard of one of those. And a nurse weather it be CNA,LVN, LPN or RN. I've been in the medical field 60 years and never heard of your title.

How ever if he is paying out of his own pocket for your service,m, yes he can hire you, sponsor you I do not understand, why would he sponsor you? For what? Do you live in the USA? If you are speaking of immigrating you NO he can not.

No.  "Care Giver" is considered unskilled labor in the United States.  The US is not giving work visas for unskilled labor.

If he needs assistance there are lots of agencies in the United States that can provide him with anything from a Certified Nurse's Assistant right up to a Registered Nurse on anything from a few hours per day to 24/7 care.
