Im a christian, is playing with a Ouija Board with friends bad?

im a teenager and me and my friends do all kinds of stuff for fun. i think its really fun to play with ouija boards cuz theyre just exciting. are they bad though? are they going to mess up my life?

I can't see any real danger of messing up your life with any toy made by Hasbro (except maybe an exceptionally nasty Easy-Bake oven burn).  Do you really believe a portal to a spirit world is available at Toys-R-Us for $19.95?

Let's just say that nothing good will come out of it.

As a Christian, you should have nothing to do with things involving the occult, such as ouija boards.  Find something more constructive  to do with your time.

As far as a portal to a spirit world being available at Toys-R-Us for $19.95, what better way to make it available if you're the bad guys? They love the idea of people having cheap and easy access to them.

You have to decide for yourself if you're comfortable with it. I'm also Christian, and I've never found a reason why it's particularly bad. Not in an evil way at least. However, I did try using a Ouija board once and was completely uncomfortable with it. I didn't feel right messing with forces I don't understand. It may be just a game, it may not be. For me it didn't feel like it and I feel safer not using it. But then again, I work for Toys R Us and we sell it like crazy, so how evil could it be?

I dont think you should. It does touch into the spiritual relm sometimes and its not a game made so you can talk to God. You dont need a board 2 do that, talk to him yourself. Anything the board says is not from him probably. But yea I would advise you didn't

Ouija Boards are one thing that can be used be the devil to maniplate people. The Bible does not specifically warn against them, but it does warn against the spiritual realm. Rememeber we are in a battle, and whether you can see it or not, there is a fight happening infor your soul. I'm not saying you can't use it, but it could be dangerous; if you are going to use it, be very careful. I think it is best to stay away from it completely though, less temptation.

It's just a game. For fun. And not real. But if it makes you feel uncomfortable, like God wouldn't approve, then don't play with it. It's entirely up to you.

Ouija boards are harmless fun. From a religious perspective a spirit can be summoned and banished without incident. If your faith is strong and you conduct the situation in a sensible manner then it should be fine and there should be no negative karma to deal with. Google ouija and you should get some decent information, I'm too lazy to get a link for you.

You should not play with it. There is a possibility of getting involved with an evil spirit.
