  1. There is no law to prevent you from working solely because of a conviction but it will depend on your personal circumstances.  You could be refused on 'non-conducive' grounds but it is unlikely for a minor offence attracting probation,.  If it was probation but it was well publicised and included violence as for example some people in the entertainment business then it may be more likely.

To work you have to have a work permit.  To get a work permit you have to have a job lined up.  Get the work permit and if it is for more than six months you need a visa as well.  When you apply for the work permit and visa then you will probably find out if your are acceptable.

  2. Do you mean, can you get a working visa?

To get a visa you need some skill or employment experience that the UK wants, and an offer of a job in the UK.

If you have a criminal history, this will hinder your application, but it probably won't kill it on its own.

  3. Yep of course. We will house you in better housing then us britons have, give you all the money you need, if you commit any crimes here, you wont go to prison and never get deported, and you can invite your family too, because thats we live for here, to go to work, pay hundreds in taxes so people can come here and live a life of luxury.

Sensible note, i have not got a clue.

  4. O yes they all come here.

  5. The UK welcomes anyone - hurry though as us hardworking tax/ National Insurance paying Brits are getting sick of this as thats half the reason wont have a state pension in years to come.

The United Kingdom will sink eventually - financially and literally!

  6. Yep come on in, and better still when you commit crimes here we won't deport you, you can serve your time here.

  7. Sure. I hear the Labour Party are looking for more recruits....

  8. LOL you must be on drugs to want to come here.

  9. work in your own country  we have got enough twats as it is

  10. Have I missed something?

Did he say he wasn't a UK citizen?

Did he say he was an immigrant?

Yet most of you lot have chosen to assume that he's from outside the UK. Where did that come from? Unless you have some other agenda?

  11. Do the same as the rest of them  -  come in on a visitors visa  -  and disappear.  There are plenty of crooked tw@ts that'll give you work  because they wont have to pay the tax and national insurance and can rob  you blind with no 'come backs'

Don't worry if you're caught  -  there'll be TV and bed and board while your state paid solicitor fights your deportation.

Even if you finally get deported you'll get a free ticket home and will  have had a nice paid holiday

  12. since you were on probation i would assume your in Britain anyway because they don't have probation in any other countries than Ireland and Britain. yes you can look for a job and work, only thing a lot of employers do a check on your past. and they don't tend to take into account if it was probation given are a sentence are how long ago are if you have not committed any other crime for a length of time. Good luck in the job hunt,

  13. All the criminals and low lifes come here, so i don't see why it would be hard for you to join them mate....

Just keep out of trouble or you might get put in a nice cell to have a hot christmas dinner with all the trimmings and a TV and a hot shower...

ALL OUT OF THE HONEST TAX PAYERS POCKET....

  14. Yes we especially welcome criminals here. It doesn't matter what you have done you will get a free house.
