Nope...Mexico does not yet do crimminal backgound cheks at the border like Canada and the U.K.

Umm most likley yes. Was it a violent felony?

No. Getting into Mexico will be no problem. Just be sure you are not on parole or probation and allowed to travel. Also carry proper ID.

Well thats kind of an open question.  Are a convicted felon on the run?lol Or did you just get out of the pen?  Are you on probation or parole?   Is it legal for you to leave the state?
