Im a diploma holder in mech.engg having 5 years experience in automobile industry. Which higher study will help me to get further promotions in my organization? Im in chennai.

In the US, I would say we value Business Accumen greatly in people of your experience. Eng. school teaches you much re: the technical elements fo the job, but quite little re: the business rational for decisions and nothign re: the sales/marketing methodologies used to decided what to develop next and why!

i think u should countinue ur studies in BE course in standred colleges like RV's in bangalore n SDM,BVB in dharwad or in any of colleges if u know.
