  3. Disregard first answer . You will need to upgrade your training . A lot of phillipinos come as nannys then go to school.   Mt wife was a teacher but came as a nanny. Check with embassy  in Manila  . We Need nurses in BC

  4. The Canadian immigration site is really the best one for you to check.  It has all the information you need.  There are vacancies for nurses all across Canada, so your immigration process would be easier than it is for many people.  Best of luck with your plans.

  5. The province of Saskatchewan just did a big recruiting drive from the Philippines, and there will be 300 nurses coming from there over the next while, to different places throughout the province.

Currently, the nurses' union contract is close to being settled with the province, and it looks like there will be a huge wage and benefit increase.

My sister is an Intensive Care nurse at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, and she LOVES her work there!

    Good luck to you!
